Positive: Stunning space and really nice accommodation. Location is perfect for exploring all west Clare. The pub downstairs is also an absolute gem, and the staff really go out of their way to make your stay as comfortable as possible. And really close to a lovely coffee shop, another good pub that serves food and a really nice restaurant.all 1 min walking distance.
Negative: No toaster in the kitchen that we could find. Now that the weather is turning it would be good to have access to a small stocked up space with kindling, sticks and coal to light the beautiful stove in the accommodation. Also some tools like a poker, shovel etc.(fire set)would be good to have. Although this was turned into a positive as the bar staff looked after us and provided us with what we needed to get the stove lighting on a wet August night and it was stunning.

Positive: This property is amazing , so modern and new. The furnishings are perfect and there is loads of space. Perfect spot to explore west Clare, the location is 10/10. The apartment is stocked with everything you need to cook from home as well.
Negative: The obvious noise from being above the pub wasn’t an issue for us as we expected that , however there was such a loud extractor or fan type noise once the pub emptied and it didn’t stop until 5am, there is music and chat below as to be expected but it doesn’t go on too late. Not recommended if you like to be in bed early . Not really a complaint but more of a decor suggestion is that our parents found the stairs a bit dangerous as they are a bit slippy and all the one colour was a bit disorienting for them.
